Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and utilizing the services provided by Royal Laser Centre (“the Clinic”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered

Royal Laser Centre offers a range of cosmetic treatments, including but not limited to:

  • Laser Hair Removal

  • Diamond Microdermabrasion

  • Photofacial

  • Spider Vein Removal

  • Skin Rejuvenation

  • Pigment Removal

All services are subject to availability and may require a prior consultation to determine suitability.

3. Appointments and Consultations

Appointments can be scheduled via phone, text, or email. A complimentary consultation may be provided to assess individual needs and treatment suitability. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during consultations.

4. Payment and Pricing

Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Prices for treatments are subject to change without prior notice. Any promotional offers or discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may lead to refusal of future service.

6. Treatment Results

Individual results may vary based on skin type, hair color, adherence to pre- and post-treatment care, and other factors. The Clinic does not guarantee specific outcomes and will provide guidance to help achieve the best possible results.

7. Limitation of Liability

While the Clinic strives to provide safe and effective treatments, it is not liable for any adverse reactions or complications arising from services provided, especially if pre- and post-care instructions are not followed. Clients are encouraged to discuss any concerns or medical conditions with their practitioner prior to treatment.

8. Confidentiality

All client information and treatment records are kept confidential. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Alberta.

10. Amendments

The Clinic reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
